Administration
Our Administration Department, located in the Terrritorial Place Mall, is ready to serve you! We will be happy to handle any questions/concerns that you have or direct you to someone who can.
Our hours of operation are 8:30am - 5:00pm from Monday to Friday. If you want to reach us after regular hours-please use our Voice Mail System.
Some of the services that we provide direct to our members:
- Sell Memberships to our Co-op.
- Maintain Member Information (Names, Addresses, Equity Balances, Accounts Receivable Balances).
- Complete and process applications for Credit and Cheque Cashing Privileges.
- Sell Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.
- Accept Payments on our Charge Accounts.
- Complete and process applications for Withdrawals of Equity-subject to Board approval. Some types of withdrawals are: Moved (generally over 40KM from Trading Areas), Estates, Aged (70 years +), Non-Profits. Please inquire and we will determine if you are eligible in one of these categories.
- Applications for Employment.
The Administration Department has an Interac Machine Available for Debit Card Transactions.
Your Co-op Charge Account can be paid via the following methods:
- By mail: Cheque
- In Person: Cheque, Cash or Debit Card.
- Telephone or Internet: For Customers who have accounts at a Credit Union, TD, CIBC, Royal Bank or Bank of Montreal branch.
Your Co-op Account can also be paid by Bank Cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) on a weekly basis. Please come and see us you are interested in these options.
Charge Account Statements are closed off at the end of each calendar month and the balance is due by the last day of the following month (2% charged on unpaid balances). Groceries can only be charged by a businesses.
